Trucking HR Canada is rolling out a suite of new and updated human resources tools in 2026 aimed at helping trucking and logistics employers build skills, retain workers, strengthen compliance and support workplace safety.
To mark the launch, the organization will host a series of free webinars early this year, giving employers an advance look at the sector-developed resources as they are released.
“We’re bringing together expert insight and hands-on tools to help trucking and logistics employers navigate today’s competitive, fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment,” said Angela Splinter, CEO of Trucking HR Canada. “Our Q1 2026 webinar series provides vital support for the most important workforce challenges facing the sector.”
Three webinars will headline the series. On Jan. 28, Trucking HR Canada will host a session focused on new Ontario pay transparency rules and similar legislation in other provinces, featuring guest legal presenter Meaghan MacMaster of Stewart McKelvey.
A Feb. 25 webinar will introduce new tools designed to support employee development, with a focus on practical solutions for workforce assessment, skills development and retention in the trucking and logistics sector.
The series will conclude March 11 with a session highlighting Trucking HR Canada’s updated workplace harassment and violence prevention resources, aimed at helping employers meet evolving expectations around workplace safety.
All sessions will run Wednesdays at noon ET and are offered at no cost. Most webinars will be available in both English and French.
