Incheon airport opens

Incheon International Airport, located near Seoul, Korea has now opened after the completion of its first phase of construction. So far, an investment of U.S. $5.8 billion has been put into the project. The new airport has an annual capacity of 1.7 million tons of cargo.
The second phase of the expansion project is planned for 2020, with two new runways and cargo capacity to reach 7 million tons.
