Clarke Inc., ATS Andlauer Transportation Services Inc. in strategic partnership

Clarke Inc. has announced the sale of Concord Transportation Inc. to ATS Andlauer Transportation Services Inc. (ATS) in return for a 30% ownership in ATS.

Concord Transportation Inc. provides expedited LTL, TL and specialized logistics services to clients across North America. In addition to their extensive Canadian network, Concord is a cross border specialist with extensive U.S. coverage.

ATS provides a complete a range of transportation solutions to their customers throughout Canada. Established in 1991, ATS has achieved double-digit growth each year for the past 12 years.

“Concord and ATS are complementary businesses that will both benefit from the sharing of knowledge, technologies and the ability to offer their respective customers a broader range of services. The sale of Concord will provide Clarke with 30% ownership of ATS and the addition of Mr. Michael Andlauer to Clarke’s Board of Directors.
