Automation Associates acquires Simulation Modeling Services (SMS) and opens Chicago Office

Automation Associates, Inc. (AAI), simulation solutions for the global supply chain, has announced the acquisition of Simulation Modeling Services, LLC (SMS), a consulting and software solutions provider serving the healthcare, manufacturing, material handling, distribution and service industries.

Rainer Dronzek, Founder and President of SMS, has been appointed Vice President of AAI and will head a new regional office in Chicago, Illinois.
