McArthur Express Inc. hires COO, fleet maintenance manager

McArthur Express Inc., has hired Joe Smelko in its newly-created position of Chief Operating Officer. Smelko has an extensive background in LTL and TL transportation and was most recently the General Manager for Werner Enterprises Canada Corporation.

The company has also hired Michael Thibeau in the newly created position of Fleet Maintenance Manager. Thibeau brings over 10 years of experience working
in fleet maintenance.
