A total of 108 fleets earned TFE recognition this year, alongside four Top Fleet Awards, nine Achievements of Excellence, and special milestone and individual honors.
“The annual TFE Awards Gala brings together the country’s top fleets for a celebration of leading organizations that meet our highest standards of excellence in the workplace,” said Angela Splinter, CEO of Trucking HR Canada. “Each year the number of fleets we recognize grows as more fleets who are focused on making trucking and logistics a career destination of choice seek out this national recognition.”
Now in its 12th year, the TFE program celebrates companies with exemplary human resources practices and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, safety and engagement across Canada’s trucking industry.

“We are incredibly proud to partner with Trucking HR Canada to support students with deep ties to the transportation industry,” said Charlie Cubeta, senior manager at Samsara, Canada. “This scholarship is our way of giving back by recognizing the hard-working families that form the backbone of our economy, while simultaneously investing in the next generation of innovators and leaders.”
