Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas says it will transition to the name Logisnext Americas as part of a broader corporate transformation tied to its long-term growth strategy.
The company said the change is part of its “Logisnext Vision 2035” initiative and follows a new strategic partnership between Mitsubishi Logisnext and Japan Industrial Partners aimed at supporting sustainable growth and long-term value creation. The new company name will begin to be adopted across group companies starting April 30.
“Today’s announcement reflects our forward momentum as a company, but it does not change who we are at our core,” said Berry Mansfield, president of Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas. “For decades, customers have relied on us for dependable equipment, consistent service and solutions that drive their success, and that foundation remains unchanged.”
As part of the transition, the company’s Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks portfolio will be rebranded as Logisnext Forklifts. The company said the equipment line will continue to focus on engineering reliability, global performance standards and expanded material handling solutions.
The company added that current support and service structures will remain in place during the transition to ensure uninterrupted operations for dealers and customers.
Logisnext Americas said customers and partners can expect a seamless transition as the company continues to provide the equipment and services they rely on.
