Parts supplier chooses voice picking

New York, NY—International Distributors USA Inc (IDUSA), a global supply network of automotive replacement parts, has bought Mountain Leverage voice technology. The customized Honeywell solution will be used for picking and replenishment in its distribution centres.

“We are committed to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction” says Anan Bishara, IDUSA’s CEO. “This is a state-of-the-art system that allows us to achieve our
goal of a 24 hour turn-around time of customers’ orders with 99 percent-plus accuracy.”

In May of 2014, IDUSA completed the transfer to its new DC in Olive Branch, Mississippi  and opened an additional DC in Carson, California.

“IDUSA will kick off the voice implementation in their Olive Branch distribution centre this August, and we are happy to play a vital role in their commitment to their
customers,” says Alex Reneman, president of Mountain Leverage, LLC. “Not only are we confident that voice will provide a significant uptick in productivity, but it is a much
more accurate method of picking. With the rapid growth they have experienced in 2014 and again in 2015, the timing is perfect for this technology investment for their
customers and business.”

IDUSA selected Honeywell’s Vocollect Talkman A730 Solution and the ergonomic SRX2 Wireless Headset, along with Vocollect VoiceCatalyst software.
