Minneapolis, Minnesota—Laboratorios Tornel has chosen a HighJump warehouse management system (WMS) to help manage distribution complexity resulting from rapid growth.
Based in Mexico, Laboratorios Tornel sells its veterinary pharmaceutical products in 18 countries across Central and South America, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
Laboratorios Tornel needed a solution that supported increasing sales while accounting for the strict regulations of the pharmaceutical industry.
The company manufactures injectable and biological products as well as antibiotics at three separate plants. These unique challenges led the business to seek a flexible WMS.
“I am confident that the implementation of HighJump’s WMS will help support our growth for years to come,” Laboratorios Tornel CEO Carlos Perez said. “HighJump allows us to adapt to the many changes and regulations required in the pharmaceutical industry.”
HighJump partner GCM Business Consulting and Technology played a key role in Laboratorios Tornel finding a solution that met the unique needs of the veterinary pharmaceuticals company. HighJump Warehouse Advantage was selected because of its adaptability and low total cost of ownership.
“We are excited to partner with Laboratorios Tornel to help them realize their strategic objectives of supporting operational efficiency and helping facilitate expected growth,” said David Houser, HighJump’s senior vice president of sales.
