Linde Material Handling has had a spare parts warehouse and production facilities in the community since the 1970s.

BZI & Commerce Crossroads

BZI and Commerce Crossroads plan to develop a new 820-acre sustainable industrial park and transportation hub in Cedar City, Utah. The plan to establish the first rural inland port in the state of Utah has received regulatory approval. The Commerce Crossroads industrial park will initially include office buildings, on-site products and services to construct tailored processing facilities for customers, and it will operate a new rail transload service, RailSync, as well as an expanded short-line service to individual facilities. The company anticipates technology, construction material manufacturing, data centres, e-commerce and distribution, as well as office space and residential housing, to also be integrated.

Lovett Industrial & Cresset Partners

Lovett Industrial and Cresset Partners have broken ground on Wylie Business Center, a 274,416 square foot, class A industrial building located in Wylie, Texas. Construction began in January 2023 and is expected to be completed December 2023. The class A 274,416-square-foot spec building will be a rear-load facility with a 36-foot clear height, seven-inch reinforced concrete slab, 55 dock-high doors, 185-foot truck courts, 77 trailer stalls, and 154 auto parks. Located along State Highway 78, the facility is situated within the expanding northeast side of Dallas and the greater Collin, Rockwall, and Dallas Counties.

The expansion of the warehouse space from 215,000 to a total of around 320,000 square feet was followed by the implementation of an AutoStore system with a capacity of 50,000 bins and 52 robots.
