TOKYO, Japan—Toshiba Tec, a manufacturer of printing and imaging products, solutions and services, is merging its multifunctional printing products division (MFP) with its barcode printing division (BCP) in Europe.
With a global set of manufacturing facilities, the enhanced Toshiba Tec Printing Solutions Division now offers what Toshiba Tec claims is the most diverse business portfolio in the industry. The combined BCP and MFP offering is widely respected for its innovative high-quality products, world-class R&D capabilities, its commitment to customers, the highest standards of service and its extensive global footprint.

The transition process at the Toshiba Printing Solutions Business division will be officially completed by March 31, 2015.
