Walmart adds grocery delivery in Montreal
MONTREAL – Walmart Canada has launched online grocery delivery in Montreal. Customers can shop in all categories, and deliveries are next day or can be scheduled up to 21 days in advance.
Orders over $50 are picked, packed and delivered for $10. Personal shoppers at the store pick and pack the items and contact the crowdsourced delivery partner with order details. The delivery partner, dispatched by Instacart, collects the order and delivers it to customers during their specified delivery window.
The Montreal service brings Walmart grocery delivery to all provinces.
In addition to the new delivery option, Walmart Canada customers can also choose grocery pickup at 10 Montreal-area Walmart stores.
