CITT has announced the program and details of The Road to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Logistics – a two-week online series of workshops, roundtables and networking.
The series and its programming have been curated to look at the logistics sector’s talent gap from the perspective of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). CITT’s goal is equipping current and future industry leaders to better understand the principles – and case for – DE&I in a business context.
Week two concludes with an Alberta-focused job fair, allowing delegates to connect with talent and put the weeks’ learnings into practice. Businesses or individuals interested in the job fair component are not required to register for the entire two-week, Canada-wide workshops.
