DB Schenker agrees to transition of Livingston International’s warehousing and ground business

TORONTO, Ont. — Schenker of Canada Limited and Livingston International Inc. have entered into an agreement under which Livingston will transition its North American domestic warehousing and ground transportation businesses, operated under Livingston Integrated Logistics, to DB Schenker.
Under the terms of the deal, announced by Schenker of Canada Limited CEO Eric Dewey and Livingston International CEO Peter Luit, Livingston will transition the majority of its ground transportation and domestic warehousing business to Schenker of Canada Limited in planned, collaborative phases over the next five to six months. Livingston employees working in its integrated logistics division will be part of the transition.
