Canadian Air Transport Security Authority

Two members have been appointed to the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) board of directors.

William Deluce joins the board as its representative from the Air Transport Association of Canada.

Deluce holds a bachelor of applied science in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto. He’s currently president of Wicklow Consulting Inc, a diversified investment company with global interests in the aviation and mining sectors.

Denis Jacob
has been reappointed to CATSA’s board as the National Airlines Council of Canada representative.

Jacob graduated from l’Université du Québec à Montréal in administration and accounting, and currently is president and CEO of Avjet Holding Inc, a fuel distribution company.
