Cement plant equipment bound for Alberta

HOUSTON, TEXAS—BNSF Logistics LLC, Member to the Worldwide Project Consortium WWPC in USA, through their Houston based project group and in close co-operation with WWPC Partner Smart Logistics from Turkey, managed a project of 1,600 cubic metres of cement mill equipment from Izmir to Houston, shipped aboard the M/V Maersk Texas.

The shipment included several pieces with dimensions of 22’ x 6’ x 13 ‘ and 23′ x 12′ x 6′, and with single weights of 50,000 lbs.

The equipment is bound for a cement plant, located in Exshaw, Alberta, and all cargo for this project will be trucked there from Houston.
