CITT’s Montreal and Toronto area councils hold elections

Toronto council plans several events in 2012

TORONTO AND MONTREAL: The CITT Toronto Area Council had their annual elections meeting November 28 and elected a new executive team for 2012. The following posts were filled:

Chair: James Nguyen, CITT

Vice-chair: Tom Pauls, CITT

Treasurer: Paul Celseti, CITT

Secretary: Derek Parsons, CITT

Events co-ordinator: Ysabelle Pelletier, CITT

The CITT Toronto Area Council said it’s planning several events in the New Year, and will kick off 2012 with the TAC’s first roundtable of the year on January 11. The event will take place at The Drake and Firkin at 6880 Financial Drive in Mississauga. As well, the CITT Montreal Area Council made the following appointments:

Chair: Valerie McSween (Vice-President, Mactrans Logistics Inc)

Vice-Chair: Richard Gaudette (Business Development Director, Metro Canada Logistics)

Treasurer: Victor Charbonneau

Events Chair: Daniel Vendette (Senior Manager, West Monroe Partners)

Secretary: Véronique Morey (Senior Logistics Coordinator, CN Supply Chain Solutions)

The Montreal council has also voted in eight directors-at-large on the board :

Michel Tanguay (President, Savtan Inc.)

Michel Bauer (President, Varmelous Industries)

Michael Loughman (Instructor, Champlain College)
