Materials Handling and Management Society

At the Materials Handling and Management Society (MHMS) of Ontario’s annual meeting in December, members voted in Chuck Leon as the Society’s new president.

Leon is a subject matter expert for all mechanical material handling issues with the Industrial Accident Prevention Association (IAPA), where he has worked for the last 10 years. He focuses on lift trucks, cranes, loading docks, racking systems and conveyors.

Prior to that, Leon spent 20 years at Goodyear Canada.

He also holds the Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Professional of Materials Management (PMM) designations.
