New product: Door comes with replaceable panels

PEWAUKEE, Wisconsin—The Spring Assist Door is the latest addition to the G2 Lite line of dock and interior doors offered by Goff’s Enterprises Inc.

It features an internal custom torsion spring, an interior chain-pull quick-release, and a centrifugal latching mechanism that can be stopped at any position and released from both sides of the door.

The door has a modular design, and is constructed with replaceable, heat-sealed panels constructed out of a variety of materials (14oz vinyl, 11oz mesh, and 40mm clear PVC). They come with impact-resistant fiberglass wind bars that allow the door to be reset with damage. The doors have been built with materials that are resistant to rot, tears, mildew and ultraviolet (UV) rays. They also meet NFPA 701 and California Fire Marshal Standards for flame retardancy.

The valance panel made from 14oz vinyl helps keep debris out while protecting the roller tube assembly.

The doors can be customized with fiberglass pultrusions (that have been designed to bend—not kink or break—when loaded), or with customized aluminum extrusions. An exterior quick-release chain pull kit is also available.

The upper box of the door is assembled at the factory, which means there are only three components to mount when installing a basically configured door.
