Trailer Wizards Ltd has a new vice-president of the Quebec region. Benoit Fisette has joined the Mississauga, Ontario-based company. His primary responsibilities will be to work the with Quebec team on achieving sustainable growth, improving cost effectiveness, and developing customer relationships. Before joining Trailer Wizards, Fisette was at Calyx Transportation Group Inc. He is a member of the the Montreal Transportation Club.
Green Marine elected its first board of governors at the Green Tech 2012 conference. The new directors are: Gordon Bain, president and CEO, Océan; Terrence Bowles, president and CEO, St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation, Georges Farrah, president of the Société des traversiers du Québec; Paul Gourdeau, president, Federal Marine Terminals; Adolph Ojard, president and CEO, Duluth Port Authority, and Jim Quinn, president and CEO, Saint John Port Authority. Kevin Doherty, president and CEO of Montreal Gateway Terminals Partnership was elected treasurer of the board. Don Krusel, president and CEO, Prince Rupert Port Authority was named vice-chair of the board and Greg Wight, president and CEO, Algoma Central Corporation was chosen as chair.
Transportation Costing Group, a Rockville, Maryland-based provider of profitability management software tools for trucking companies, has hired Niki Neimer as vice-president of sales.
