Windsor Customs broker sold

TORONTO, Ontario: Customers of Dell Will Customs Brokers Inc will soon be dealing with a new business partner.

The assets of the company, including the client relationships, are being acquired by Toronto-based Livingston International.

Also being purchased are select assets of sister company Dell Will Customs Brokers (USA) Inc. According to a statement issued by Livingston, services currently performed by the US entity on behalf of customers of the Canadian entity would move to Livingston International.

Windsor, Ontario-based Dell Will has approximately 40 employees and serves clients in the Detroit-Windsor corridor. Livingston has 2,300 people working at border points, seaports, airports and other locations in Canada and the US.

The transaction is expected to be finalized by mid-March.
