DHL Express Canada

Geoff Walsh

Geoff Walsh has been appointed CEO of DHL Express Canada. Walsh’s appointment follows the departure of Andrew Williams, the former CEO of DHL Express Canada, who was appointed as the new regional CEO for Americas, effective January 1st, 2024. Walsh joins DHL Express Canada with an extensive background in the logistics industry, having worked with DHL for over 30 years. He began his career as a courier in the UK in 1995 and has since held various operational roles with increasing responsibilities. In 2000, he moved to the UAE, where he served as an area and country operations manager. He subsequently held international management positions such as road network manager and country manager in Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. In 2022, he relocated to the United States, assuming the role of general manager, Midwest area at DHL Express U.S.

Ballard Power Systems

Ballard Power Systems has appointed Jacqueline (Jacqui) Dedo to the board of directors. Dedo is currently the co-founder of Aware Mobility, LLC, and sits on the boards of directors of Li-Cycle Holdings Corp., Workhorse Group Inc., Carbon Revolution, and the Cadillac Products Automotive Company. She has over two decades of board experience and has more than 40 years of experience across a variety of functions and verticals in the mobility industry. She previously served as president of Piston Group and chief strategy and supply chain officer for Dana Holding Corp. Dedo previously held leadership positions at The Timken Company, Motorola, and Robert Bosch Corporation. Dedo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan. She has been involved in numerous charitable organizations and has been honoured on multiple occasions by Automotive News as one of the “Top 100 Leading Women in the Automotive Industry.”

KPI Solutions

KPI Solutions (KPI),has hired Andy Recard as vice-president, sales. Recard comes from The Numina Group where he served as COO/CFO. Prior experience includes executive management at TZA, a provider of labour management systems, as well as Medline Industries, where he was senior director, operations excellence. He holds a Bachelor, Architectural Engineering degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
