At its annual meeting CN elected its board of directors. Shauneen Bruder was unanimously re-elected by the board of directors as board chair. Bruder is a corporate director and retired executive vice-president, operations at the Royal Bank of Canada. Also elected were: Jo-ann dePass Olsovsky, David Freeman, Denise Gray, Justin M. Howell, Susan C. Jones, Robert Knight, Michel Letellier, Margaret A. McKenzie, Al Monaco, and Tracy Robinson.

TFI International Inc.

TFI International Inc. held its annual general meeting and elected the following members to the board of directors: Leslie Abi-Karam, Alain Bédard, André Bérard, William T. England, Diane Giard, Debra Kelly-Ennis, Neil D. Manning, Sébastien Martel, John M. Pratt, Joey Saputo, and Rosemary Turner.

Brent Barcey

OSARO has appointed Brent Barcey as senior vice-president of corporate development. Barcey brings 25 years of experience, joining from Plus One Robotics, where he was vice president of sales and business development. Before Plus One Robotics, Barcey held the position of executive director of global sales at FANUC America Corporation. He is currently chair of events for The Robotics Group Committee at the Materials Handling Industry (MHI) trade association.

MentorAPM

MentorAPM has hired two senior sales executives to oversee its primary customer groups – Ken Madsen is responsible for industrial business development, and David Stadelmann for municipal. Madsen and Stadelmann together bring more than 50 years of combined experience. Before joining MentorAPM, Madsen served in senior positions at industrial manufacturing and logistics companies, including Molex, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, and Petasense. Stadelmann joined MentorAPM at the end of 2023 after a decade at Aquatic Informatics, a public cleantech software company serving the water industry. He spent the 15 years before that at Linko Technology, Inc., where he focused on data management and compliance issues for wastewater utilities.
