Winnipeg Airports Authority

Nick Hays has taken over as president and CEO of the Winnipeg Airports Authority (WAA). He joins WAA from Vanderlande Industries, where he was vice-president, Canada, for the Toyota-owned airport logistic process automation supplier. Hays previously spent 11 years working around the world for Cathay Pacific Airways and its parent company, The Swire Group, before moving to a senior advisory role with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is the third president and CEO in WAA’s 25-year history.
Lion Electric
The Lion Electric Company, which manufactures all-electric medium and heavy-duty vehicles, has appointed William Blanchard to lead its new finance division LionCapital Solutions. Blanchard most recently served as director in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets.
Marcus & Millichap

Jonathan Zukiwsky has joined Marcus & Millichap to start an industrial leasing and sales team in Edmonton. Zukiwsky has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience both in brokerage and with large institutional landlords. He has lived in Edmonton for over 25 years and is married with two children. He played major junior hockey and is still active in the Edmonton hockey community with the Golden Bears hockey alumni as well as a head coach with the Confederation Hockey Association.
Trois-Rivières Port Authority
Trois-Rivières Port Authority (TRPA) has appointed Félix Hamel and Denys Bernard to its board of directors for three-year terms. Hamel began his career as a financial and funding advisor at Desjardins. In 2011, he assumed the reins of Les Gestions Thrace Inc., a company offering real estate management services, where he is now president and CEO. Hamel is also an administrator for the Caisse Desjardins de Trois-Rivières. Denys Bernard has been the executive director of the Grand Conseil de la nation Waban-Aki since 2005. Bernard is also involved as an administrator within the First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Economic Development Commission and the Mount Ham Regional Park.
