ADM Aéroports de Montréal has appointed Aymeric Dussart as vice-president, finance and administration and chief financial officer. Dussart has been with ADM for over 11 years. He has served as vice-president, technology and innovation, since January 2020, when ADM added this new position to its management committee. In this position he was responsible for all IT activities at the airport authority. He previously held positions within ADM’s finance department, including roles in market analysis, strategic planning and business data management. Before ADM, Dussart worked for Hydro-Québec, where he was responsible for systems supporting electricity brokerage activities. Dussart earned a master’s degree in economics from the Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in information technology from HEC Montréal.
Dussart succeeds Ginette Maillé, who is retiring after leading ADM’s finance and administration team for the past six years. Maillé will leave the organization at the end of the year to ensure an efficient transition of responsibilities.
Matt Clark has been appointed CEO of Corecentric. A 19-year Corcentric veteran, he has also held senior roles within sales and operations in addition to his recent duties as president and COO. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and has been an advisor and guest lecturer for the school’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program. He sits on the board of directors for several technology companies and serves on the Caron DC Advisory Board. Doug Clark will continue as executive chairman of the board.
Air cargo quality standards organization Cargo iQ has named a new chair and vice-chair of its board following its recent AGM. Former vice-chair Kerstin Strauss, vice-chair, global air logistics operations, Kuehne + Nagel, has been appointed as the new chair of the board, with Rutger-Jan (RJ) Pegels, director performance management and analytics, KLM Cargo named as the new vice-chair. Strauss succeeds Henrik Ambak, senior vice-president, cargo operations worldwide, Emirates, who stepped down as chair of the board in May after four years in the role. Since starting at Kuehne + Nagel as an apprentice in 1994, Strauss has risen through the ranks, working across various roles in air freight operations and management before taking up her current role in air logistics in 2017. Pegels has worked for KLM Cargo for 25 years across a variety of roles, including operations development and procurement.
