Rivian

Rivian Automotive, Inc. has hired Mike Johnson as its chief information security officer (CISO). Johnson joins Rivian from Fastly where he was CISO for over three years. Johnson’s cybersecurity career spans more than 25 years, starting with prototyping intrusion detection systems for battlefield networks. Before Fastly, he served as Lyft’s first CISO. Before Lyft, he spent nine years at Salesforce in various roles. Johnson currently serves on the board for the non-profit Shadowserver Foundation. He also co-hosts the CISO Series podcast.

Worldwide Logistics Group

Worldwide Logistics Group (WWL) has promoted four key members of its management team including Tom Peacock, who has been promoted to president. Additional promotions include John Rapczak to senior vice-president domestic operations, Willy Fong to president APAC, and Ryan Chan to senior vice-president APAC. 

Cyngn Inc.

Cyngn Inc., a developer of autonomous driving software solutions for industrial and commercial applications, has appointed Chris Wright as head of sales. Most recently, Wright was vice-president of sales from 2017 to 2022 at Brain Corp. Wright was also cleaning head of innovation and robotics for the Americas at ISS. In addition, Wright’s prior experience includes working at Kärcher North America for 14 years. In his most recent position, he held the role of senior director of sales.

Frazier

Frazier‘s executive vice-president, Domenick Iellimo died on January 10th, 2023 at the age of 69. In 1977, Iellimo joined Frazier sales, working directly with Eastern accounts. As a result of his immense efforts, he was promoted to Frazier’s executive vice-president of sales in 2002. In this role, he managed an international sales staff and was responsible for Frazier’s standard product business. Carlos Oliver, president of Frazier, said “Domenick was a person that really cared about other people; his personality was infectious. Everybody wanted to be around him and part of whatever event he was taking part in. We all have a story (or five) involving Domenick that we will treasure.”
