Consultant and independent director Richard Guay is retiring after 18 years on the board of TFI International Inc. Guay will depart December 31, 2022. “Since first joining our board in 2004, Richard has brought tremendous insight and passion to our decision-making process during a period of phenomenal growth for TFI International,” said Alain Bédard, chairman, president and CEO. “We wish Richard all the very best in the years ahead and sincerely appreciate his countless contributions over the years.”

XPO Logistics

XPO Logistics, Inc. has appointed Carl Anderson as chief financial officer. Anderson replaces Ravi Tulsyan, who will leave the company after assisting with the CFO transition. Anderson most recently served as chief financial officer of Meritor, Inc. His 25-year career in transportation includes earlier positions with Meritor, a Cummins company, including group vice president, finance; treasurer; and director, international capital markets, market risk management and corporate insurance. Earlier, with General Motors Acceptance Corporation, he served as senior manager, structured finance; and senior financial analyst for the financial planning group. Anderson began his career as a senior financial analyst with First Chicago Corporation. He has a master’s degree in business administration from Wayne State University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University.

Kinedyne LLC

Kinedyne LLC has hired Lance Hickey as market segment manager for curtainside solutions and Joe Vergel de Dios as market segment manager for decking solutions. Hickey has over 20 years of sales and business development experience, marked by progressive growth and extensive formal training in sales and sales leadership. He has managed territories for a range of trucking industry suppliers, run a start-up ELD subscription-based service and managed a truck and trailer upfitter’s parts and services department. Vergel de Dios has more than 15 years of leadership experience in trucking, transportation, and logistics. He holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
