Michelle Dilley

Michelle Dilley has been appointed COO at DSC Logistics. As DSC’s chief supply chain transformation officer for over two years, Dilley led the vision for the DSC operating platform of the future. Now as COO, Dilley is directly responsible for DSC’s logistics centre operations, which include more than 50 logistics centres, spanning over 23 million square feet. Before joining DSC, Dilley served as senior vice-president, operations at LaSalle Bristol, LP from 2014 to 2017. Dilley started her career at Whirlpool Corporation, where she served in a variety of roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Katherine Ross

Voxware has appointed Katherine Ross to its board of directors. Ross brings more than 35 years of senior leadership experience in supply chain. Ross most recently served as worldwide vice-president, customer and logistics services at Johnson & Johnson (J&J). She served concurrently as president of J&J Health Care Systems, Inc. Before joining J&J, Ross led supply chain operations for PepsiCo Foods International and Frito-Lay. She began her career with McKinsey & Company. Ross also serves on the board of advisors for Elementum, SCM and was on the board of governors for GS1 US from 2015 – 2018.

Fran Bridges has joined Magline, Inc. as vice-president of engineering. Bridges joins Magline following his most recent position as vice-president of operations for Segway in Bedford, New Hampshire. He also held leadership roles with Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company. Bridges holds a  BA in Computer Science, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and a MS in Computer Control Theory.

LLamasoft has appointed two senior executives: Sandra Moran as senior vice-president and chief marketing officer, and Slimane Allab as senior vice-president and general manager, EMEA. Moran will lead the global marketing organization and brings more than 20 years of experience having held leadership roles in marketing, sales and product management at global companies such as INTTRA, OpenText and Hyperion. She will be based in LLamasoft’s Ann Arbor, Michigan headquarters. Allab is responsible for integrating and strengthening LLamasoft’s EMEA presence, and brings more than 20 years of strategic, business and solution consultancy experience to the role. He has held multiple management and leadership roles in sales and professional services within i2 Technologies and JDA Software. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Institute Polytechnique de Grenoble (France), and will be based in Paris.
