Delmar International Inc. has promoted Daniel Richard Cutler to the position of chief technology officer (CTO). Most recently, Cutler was director, global strategic development. With the promotion, this represents the third generation of Cutler family to hold a senior executive position in the company’s now 55-year history. Previously Daniel Cutler served as team lead for technology deployment. Cutler lived and worked in mainland China for several years and speaks English, French and Mandarin. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from McGill University and is a CargoWise Certified Professional. He will continue to be based in Delmar’s Montreal head office in Lachine, Quebec.
Anne BélecAnne Bélec has been elected to the board of directors of crane and lifting solutions manufacturer Manitowoc Company, Inc. Bélec is a senior executive with over 33 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service. She had an extensive career at Ford Motor Company, holding successively senior positions, including director, global marketing and president and CEO, Volvo Cars N.A., Volvo Cars Corporation. Bélec subsequently went on to hold several additional senior executive roles at Navistar, Inc. and Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. Bélec is the co-founder and presently serves as CEO of Mosaic Group, LLC, a firm offering outsourced marketing services for brands in Canada, the United States and globally. Bélec holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Bélec also serves on the board of directors of Wajax Corporation.
Kinedyne LLC has named John Seliga as its new vice-president-finance. Seliga succeeds Tobey Rumack who retired earlier this year. A more than 25-year financial veteran with a strong background in managing business growth, Seliga is a certified public accountant, and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Seliga will have responsibility for all U.S., Canada and Mexico financial matters. He will be based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Branchburg, N.J.
