Port of Quebec

The Port of Québec announced the appointment of François Amyot as chairman of its board of directors. He has been a member of the board of directors since Oct. 20, 2022, and currently serves as chair of the Governance, Talent and Culture Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. He will contribute his expertise and strategic vision to support the organization’s ambitions for the future.

François Amyot has a law degree from Université Laval, is a member of the Barreau du Québec and is vice-president of investments and chief legal officer at HDG.
