FedEx Corp. announced that Marshall Witt, formerly the chief financial officer of TD SYNNEX, a global IT distributor and solutions provider, has been appointed senior vice-president and chief financial officer of FedEx Freight.
During his 12 years as CFO of TD SYNNEX, Witt led the company through a period of extraordinary revenue and EBITDA growth, driving significant value creation. He brings strong capital allocation, M&A, and spin-off experience, having overseen TD SYNNEX’s spin-off of Concentrix in 2020.
The Rhenus Group
The Rhenus Group has appointed Peter Nordstrom as chief executive officer for its air and ocean division in North America. He will now oversee regional operations and align with the company’s global strategic vision.
With a track record of more than 25 years of international experience in the freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain management industry, Nordstrom has led successful transformational projects, improved operational performance and accelerated growth across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Rhenus, he held senior positions at Ceva Logistics, Geodis, Kuehne + Nagel, and was most recently the executive vice-president of ocean freight Americas at DB Schenker.
