Lufthansa cargo not disrupted by Frankfurt strike

A strike by ground workers at Frankfurt Airport in Germany has not delayed cargo shipments, according to Lufthansa.

A spokesperson for the airline described the effects of the strike as “minor issues”.

“We don’t expect any disruptions and we don’t expect any severe consequences with cargo,” he said.

Lufthansa did transfer some freight traffic to Cologne, Germany.
