MEMPHIS, Tenn. – FedEx Corp., for the second year in a row, will not apply additional residential surcharges during the holiday season, except for shipments that are oversized, unauthorized or necessitate additional handling.

“FedEx delivers possibilities every day for millions of small- and medium-sized businesses,” said Raj Subramaniam, executive vice president, chief marketing and communications officer, FedEx Corp.

“We are demonstrating our support for these loyal customers during this critical timeframe by not adding additional residential peak surcharges, except for situations where the shipments are oversized, unauthorized or necessitate additional handling.”

Peak surcharges for such shipments will be effective Nov. 19, 2018, through Dec. 24, 2018. Details can be found here: fedex.com/peak-surcharge.
