Last-mile delivery company UniUni has launched a new cross-border service aimed at helping U.S. e-commerce brands ship to Canadian customers more quickly and cost-effectively.
The new end-to-end solution leverages UniUni’s U.S. and Canadian networks to manage the full delivery process, including first-mile pickup, customs clearance and final delivery.
“UniUni is removing the friction that has historically slowed down U.S.–Canada e-commerce logistics,” said Sean Collins, the company’s vice-president of cross-border eCommerce and enterprise procurement. “This new solution connects both sides of the border with one unified network, bringing speed, visibility and reliability to every shipment.”
The offering includes a direct solution for parcels under US$2,500, designed to simplify customs clearance and accelerate approvals.
“Canadian shoppers want fast, transparent, and predictable deliveries, and U.S. brands want a partner who can make that happen,” Collins said. “With UniUni, both get exactly that.”
Canada’s e-commerce market is projected to reach $89.4 billion in 2024, with continued growth expected through 2028.
