CITT accredits Ontario’s Humber College

CITT has announced the formalization of its long-running relationship with The Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning (Humber College).

The agreement accredits components of the Humber Supply Chain Management Post-Graduate Certificate, streamlining graduates’ pathway to holding the CCLP (CITT-Certified Logistics Professional) designation.   

Students and graduates of the program also have the option to become an affiliate of CITT by joining Canada’s logistics community while they work towards the requirements to become fully certified members. This option allows students to expand their networks and connect with industry professionals even while still in school.  

“For Humber, this partnership demonstrates our commitment to seek out opportunities for our graduates to make meaningful connections with the industry and continue their learning,” said Larry Mitchell, professor of Supply Chain Management at Humber College.

“CITT provides a network of logistics professionals that students can immediately access and the CCLP program of study offers the continuation of education that is needed for those entering the logistics field.  We are excited to launch this program with our past and current students and look forward to a long-term partnership with the CITT and to have our graduates earn the CCLP designation.”
