AutoScheduler.AI launches free AI-powered Warehouse Decision Agent

AutoScheduler.AI launched its new Warehouse Decision Agent, an artificial intelligence–powered coordination assistant designed to automate and streamline warehouse operations.

Beginning Oct. 7, the AI agent is available free to anyone working in warehousing and supply chain operations.

The tool acts as a virtual sidekick for daily coordination, allowing operators to upload schedules, generate optimized plans, identify risks, run scenarios and produce ready-to-use updates within minutes. It can also draft emails, prepare shift-change notes and create performance reports.

“Warehouse operators know that labor is short, trailers are piling up at the gate, priority orders show up at the last minute, and they’re left juggling a dozen problems before lunch,” said Keith Moore, CEO of AutoScheduler.AI. “WMS, TMS and ERP systems help keep things organized, but they weren’t designed for the chaos we’re experiencing now. These systems follow instructions, but they don’t improvise when things go wrong. This is where the Warehouse Decision Agent steps in. Our Warehouse Decision Agent is real, it’s live today, and it’s available free to use. If you’re in a warehouse and tired of wasting hours on busywork, you can start using it right now and get back time in your day.”

The company says early adopters have documented more than 35 per cent increases in throughput, eight to 12 per cent labour productivity gains, and double-digit improvements in service levels, along with reductions in short-ships, planning time and detention costs.

“By handling the constant stream of small decisions, the warehouse agent frees people to focus on strategy, coaching, and customers,” Moore added.

AutoScheduler.AI says the next phase of the Warehouse Decision Agent will allow it to explain the reasoning behind its recommendations, turning the scheduling process into a two-way conversation.
