New or existing order picking, packing and fulfillment operations can utilize the UltraSert and UltraSert-Plus systems to print individualized manifests, bills, labels, instructions, RMAs and promotional material. Multiple integrated bar code scanners and readers are integrated with controls into the system to assure accuracy. Every order is scan verified to assure the proper documentation is being printed and inserted into the correct order, tote or container.

The ability to customize documents opens new revenue generation opportunities for organizations’ warehouse operations which are considered overhead. Leading organizations are taking the opportunity to personalize documents and inserting related coupons and offers in their orders. Likewise, other organizations are offering this opportunity to sponsors assuring them maximum targeting and yielding top revenue.

“The days of seeing workers holding a pile of paper and manually sorting and inserting manifests and documentation is quickly coming to an end because it simply takes too much time and their error rate is far too costly,” said Mark Jordan, VP operations at ISD. He continued, “An UltraSert system starts for as little as US$28,865 plus installation which can provide a return on investment in under a year.”

Multiple UltraSert units can be used in-line or parallel to meet any organizations throughput requirements. The UltraSert-Plus comes with standard communications protocols for easy integration in new and existing facilities’ order fulfillment operations.
