WINNIPEG – Real Canadian Superstore is offering home delivery to close to 200,000 households in Winnipeg. Winnipeg residents can now order from Real Canadian Superstore and have their groceries delivered by Instacart straight to their doorsteps in as little as one hour.
With Instacart’s partnership with Loblaw, the delivery service is now available to more than 50 per cent of Canadian households.
“We are a customer-led company and are always looking for new ways to make shopping more convenient,” said Herman Paek, Senior Vice President, ecommerce, Loblaw. “The option of home delivery complements our in-store and pick up experiences, to provide our customers with convenience and quality, however they want to shop with us.”
“Since Instacart first entered the Canadian market through our Loblaw partnership in Toronto in December, we’ve received an overwhelmingly positive response and requests to expand into new markets,” said Andy Anthony, Instacart General Manager.
“This expansion also offers more flexible income earning opportunities to our thousands of shoppers in Canada, who help pack, pick and deliver the groceries customers want from the local retailers they love.”
