Green Freight Asia is a network of Asian road freight companies working together to improve fuel efficiency, reduce CO2 emissions, and lower logistics costs across the entire supply chain.
The network has 75 members, made up of large, medium, and small logistics companies (carriers) and customers of logistics companies (shippers).
In 2018, Green Freight Asia’s Green Freight Program also became the first GLEC Framework accredited Green Freight Program. The Global Logistics Emissions Council’s (GLEC) framework, is the leading methodology for freight transport that allows companies to consistently calculate their GHG footprint across the global multi-modal supply chain and inform their business decisions and efforts to reduce emissions.
