Air Canada to start up limited ops today

Air Canada has advised that it is currently preparing to start up a limited operation as early as 1500 EDT today. Until then, the airline’s operations remain suspended. Beginning even limited operations will depend on the opening up of Canadian airspace by Canadian authorities, as well as their determination of the level of security measures to be undertaken.
