Air traffic numbers remain stuck below normal

The downward slide in aircraft movements continues.

The latest numbers released from Statistics Canada today show there were 519,357 take-offs and landings recorded in October at the 99 airports with Nav Canada air traffic control towers or flight service stations.

That’s down 2% from the number of take-offs and landings reported in October 2001.
