ALK Technologies reveals Web-enabled PC MILER/Streets software version

Routing, mileage and mapping software provider ALK Technologies has announced the release of its PC*MILER/Streets 4.0, now with Web-enabled functionality.

The software is also equipped with the Comdata GeoFUEL truck stop network, which was added to PC*MILER15 earlier in the year.

Web-enabled PC*MILER/Streets-Server and PC*MILER/ Streets-Mapping include Windows based web programming layers allowing companies to access PC*MILER/Streets functionality through their Intranet,Extranet and Internet web sites using any browser.

The Comdata GeoFUEL truck stop network, which allows dispatchers and drivers to identify and route to over 4,000 facilities across the country.

As with PC*MILER, PC*MILER/Streets now includes border crossing time designation for more accurate time estimates as well as multiple road postings and improved pick-list sorting for easier use of the software.
