Several private fleets are among the winners of the Private Motor Truck Council’s (PMTC) 2001 Vehicle Design Awards competition co-sponsored by 3M Canada.

The award winners were announced during PMTC’s annual general meeting and conference held in Mississauga, Ont yesterday.

The winners by category are as follows:

Van/pickup: Molson Canada and Grand & Toy
Straight truck: Maple Lodge Farms and Piller’s Sausage
Special Events/Promotional: Shoppers Drug Mart and Molson Canada
Night Time Safety: The Beer Store and Organic Express Inc.
Tractor-Trailer: Dupont Canada and Federated Cooperatives Ltd.
