ANZDL (Australia New Zealand Direct Line) is now offering a southbound service from the United States East Coast to Australia and New Zealand. The line launched the northbound East Coast Service last year.
“We have been very pleased with the response to the northbound service and we are sure the southbound link will appeal to the many U.S. exporters sending goods to Australia and New Zealand,” says John Speakman, Vice President.
ANZDL has operated services, both north and southbound, along the West Coast – with coverage from Vancouver to Manzanillo, Mexico – for more than 15 years.
The East Coast Service is weekly, fixed day, as are the two West Coast services – Pacific North West and Pacific South West. ANZDL offers extensive intermodal links throughout North America, including doublestack rail services from all major hubs.
The East Coast Service port rotation is SOUTHBOUND: New York, Norfolk, Savannah, Manzanillo (Pan), Papeete, Auckland, Noumea, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Freemantle. NORTHBOUND: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Napier, Port Chalmers, Manzanillo (Pan), Savannah, Philadelphia.
