BAX Global launches extranet service
BAX Global has launched an expanded customer extranet called MyBAX, that provides customers with enhanced web based applications and more information.
The new MyBAX service allows shippers to view shipments by a specific origin or destination, shipments in transit within the last seven, 30 or 60 days, or choose to view only shipments already delivered.
Other features on MyBAX include My Shipping Rates and Times, which gives customers a delivery schedule and pricing matrix based on the customer’s shipping inquiry.
