BNSF appoints regional VPs

FORT WORTH, Texas–The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company (BNSF) has promoted three assistant regional vice presidents to the posts of regional vice president. Steve Goodall has been named regional vice president in charge of North Operations. Mark Kotter has been moved up to regional vice president in charge of Central Operations.
Chris Roberts manages South Operations as the new regional vice president.
