Boeing appoints new VP of business and marketing

Toby Bright has been appointed new vice president of business strategy and marketing for Boeing Commercial Airplanes.

Mr Bright, who will work under Alan Mulally, president and chief executive officer of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, will focus on the strategic marketing of future products and services.

Mr Brightjoined Boeing in 1977, and has previously held the positions of vice president of sales for Europe and Russia for Boeing Commercial Airplanes; vice president of Boeing Aircraft Trading; vice president of Technical Services; vice president for Maintenance Engineering and Publishing; Boeing sales director for the United Airlines Account; and regional director for sales activities in Singapore, New Zealand and Hawaii.
