CANADA 3000 Inc. completes acquisition of CANJET Airlines

CANADA 3000 Inc. has completed its acquisition of CANJET Airlines from I.M.P. Group Limited. CANADA 3000 Inc.. is the owner of CANADA 3000 Airlines Limited, Royal Aviation Inc. and now CANJET.

The airline has enhanced its flight schedule to provide increased frequencies to more destinations across Canada and will be able to provide a number of complementary services and facilities to enhance the effectiveness of the combined airline operations.

I.M.P. Group Limited received consideration of 900,000 common shares of
CANADA 3000 INC. CANADA 3000 acquired CANJET’s aircraft, airport slots and
other assets, consisting mostly of six Boeing 737 leased aircraft and engine
and spares inventory, along with CANJET’s operating staff and certain
liabilities.
