ChemLogix and Nistevo collaborate for chemical TMS network

Blue Bell, Penn. – ChemLogix, LLC is collaborating with Nistevo Corporation to provide network-based transportation management technology to chemical shippers.

“The Nistevo approach to simplifying customer enrollment and to tying carriers into the Network enable us to offer chemical shippers a widely expanded scope of capabilities at substantially lower cost,” said Michael Skinner, vice president of freight systems, ChemLogix, LLC.

“To date, four new chemical customers agree and have signed multi-year agreements to use the transportation planning and execution capabilities of the solution. We are very excited about the strong response we are seeing from the market in just a short period of time," he said.

Nistevo’s web-hosted transportation management system (TMS) enables chemical shippers to automate existing logistics execution processes, including carrier selection, tendering, settlement, reporting and analysis. Shippers can also gain real-time tracking, visibility and alert notification for improved customer service, says the company.
