CITNA asking for board of directors nominations

The CITNA is inviting nominations for the Slate of Directors of CITNA.

Nominations will be received until October 22, 2001 and reviewed by the CITNA’s Nominating Committee.

The Slate of Directors approved by the Board will be tabled at the annual general meeting, which will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2001 from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM at the Hotel Inter-Continental in Montreal, Qubec, Canada. Selected Nominees should be present at the meeting.

Nominations may also be received at the meeting. With the exception of the Regional Chairs, a Board Director cannot hold more than one Director Position at different levels of the Organization. If elected, Board members shall be prepared to take the responsibilities for their position and shall commit to attend board meetings either in person or by way of teleconference calls.
